Andy Wardlaw

Andy graduated in Law in 1998 and briefly worked as an Account Manager in traditional publishing, before joining specialist digital headhunting firm Netselect in 1999. He spent the next 5 years helping to build emerging channel businesses across multiple market sectors, initially with NetSelect and subsequently at London’s inaugural digital search firm Price Jamieson.
In 2004 he left headhunting behind to join Digital Creative Agency Digitas following its acquisition of Modem Media. As the first employee of the merged entity Andy was responsible for managing staffing and operations across the new company’s European business units. In 2006 he returned to the senior search space with the specialist advertising search business.
Kendall Tarrant as Head of Digital Talent. As part of the London management team, he was responsible for the broader strategic direction of the company as well as he growing the revenues of the digital practice.
In 2008, Andy and his colleague Matt Wells, set up Congregation Partners as a full-service consultancy, offering change strategy, knowledge development, talent acquisition and partnership to brands and agencies looking to evolve their output in parallel with the evolution in digital communications.
